subscribe problem

Very much a noob! So please bear with me.
Want to subscribe to a calendar at http://www.box.net/dav/Entourage.ics (which I can subscribe fine to from iCal / my iphone etc.)
So I put 'webcal://www.box.net/dav/Entourage.ics' into the config file... (have also tried 'http:' & 'webdav:')
The demo subscription works fine ('webcal://calendar.sxsw.com/iCal-EXDrB-sa-sxsw@rollerfeet.com.ics') but my one produces this message...

[What does this mean?]
The calendar "http://www.box.net/dav/Entourage.ics" was being processed when this error occurred.

Not even sure where to start debugging this, the setup look fine? Does my web host need particular settings?

I believe you need to configure phpicalendar to use the proper tmp directory. Usually it's just /tmp, but it varies by hosting service.
